Teilnahmebedingungen:
- Diese Verlosung steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram oder Meta und wird in keiner Weise von Meta oder Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.
- Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen ab 18 Jahren mit ihrem privaten Instagram Profil und Wohnsitz in Europa.
- Der Gewinner wird per DM benachrichtigt und hat anschließend 24 Stunden Zeit, sich zu melden. Nach Ablauf der Frist, wird der Gewinn erneut ausgelost.
- Die vom Teilnehmer/Gewinner erhobenen Daten werden lediglich für die Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels und den Versand des Gewinns verwendet und im Anschluss gelöscht.
- Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel anzupassen, zu ändern oder abzubrechen, falls die Notwendigkeit dafür besteht.
- Eine Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist nicht möglich.
- Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

- All natural persons over 18 years of age with their private Instagram profile and residence in Europe are eligible to participate.
- The winner will be notified by DM and then has 24 hours to respond. After the deadline, the prize will be drawn again.
- The data collected from the participant/winner will only be used for the processing of the the competition and the dispatch of the prize and deleted afterwards.
- We reserve the right to adjust, modify or terminate the competition if necessary.
- No cash withdrawal of prizes.
- The course of law is excluded.
